I had the pleasure of attending the Campbell County Fiscal Court meeting this past week and seeing a wonderful ceremony for two of our Campbell County Police Officers. Gary Downs was promoted to Lieutenant and Donnie Dornheggen was promoted to sergeant. Their continued service to our county is much appreciated. It is gentlemen like these that help make Campbell County one of the safest in the entire region and greater Commonwealth. Sergeant Dornheggen was also presented with the 2017 outstanding officer award. Way to go fellas.
